How to Rotate PDF Pages

1 Drop your PDF file into the upload area above, or click to browse your device.
2 Choose a rotation angle: 90 degrees clockwise, 180 degrees, or 270 degrees clockwise (rotate left).
3 Select whether to rotate all pages or only specific pages by entering page numbers and ranges.
4 Click "Rotate Pages" and download your rotated PDF.

How do I rotate specific pages in a PDF?: Upload your PDF, select "Specific pages" under Pages to Rotate, then enter the page numbers you want to rotate. Use commas to separate individual pages and dashes for ranges (e.g., "1-3, 5, 8-10"). Choose your rotation angle and click Rotate Pages.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server when I rotate it?: No. PDFArc processes your files entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Your PDF never leaves your device — no uploads, no server storage, complete privacy.
What rotation angles are available?: You can rotate pages by 90 degrees clockwise (rotate right), 180 degrees (flip upside down), or 270 degrees clockwise (rotate left). The rotation is applied to the existing orientation of each page.
Can I rotate pages that are already rotated?: Yes. The rotation is additive — it is applied on top of any existing rotation. For example, if a page is already rotated 90 degrees and you apply another 90-degree rotation, the result will be 180 degrees.
Is there a page limit for rotation?: There is no hard limit on the number of pages. Since processing happens in your browser, very large PDFs (hundreds of pages) may take longer depending on your device.
